Rules of the International Art Contest 2016

“The most beautiful EASTER PICTURE with English wishes”   
III EDITION OF INTERNATIONAL ART CONTEST 2016

CONTEST RULES
AIMS:
·        Activate creativity and enrich the knowledge of English wishes of children.
·        Present international traditions related to Easter.
·        Encourage cooperation between different schools in Europe and around the world.

THEME :
·        Easter picture with English wishes ( In case of very little pupils it is also possible to glue printed wishes. Pictures without English wishes will be disqualified from the contest.)
·       Size : A4 paper
·        The pictures have to be scanned in jpg. format and sent to twinspace of the project contest. More details in Project Diary on the twinspace of the project.

CONDITIONS AND RULES:
·        The contest is aimed at children ages 6 - 12 from different countries in Europe who take part in the eTwinning project contest.
·        Every school wishing to take part in the contest can send maximum 3 scanned pictures with English wishes in jpg. format to the twinspace of the project.  

Each picture should have a description with the following details enclosed:

1. Name and surname of the author, age, country, city, surname of teacher

·        Deadline: 13 March 2016 –All the pictures should be sent to the twinspace of the project contest- and placed with the correct description in folder- THE BEST EASTER PICTURES GALLERY 2016
·        We accept only the pictures made individually by the participants
·        Only pictures that are sufficiently large can be entered in the contest. Contest entries must also be of a quality suitable for publication on the Internet.
·        The choice of the technique is unlimited.
·        Every school who takes part in the eTwinning  project competition can send maximum 3 best pictures with English wishes.


  CONTEST ADJUDICATION:
·    The pictures will be assessed by the Contest’s Jury. The Jury will be every coordinator teacher from each school taking part in the contest project. The rules of voting will be announced around the time of deadline. Please be in touch and look at the twinspace of the project. 
·    The time of voting will start on 14 March (1 a.m.) and will finish on 15 March 2016 (23:59 p.m.). 

·    The results of the Contest will be also placed on the twinspace. 

·    The founders of the blog reserve the right to publish the name and the scanned pictures of the Entrants on the Founders’s blog or school website. 
·    Entrants grant the Organizer a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, publish, distribute and publicly display the scanned entries for any purpose, including display on the website, without any attribution or compensation to the Entrant.
·     The founders reserve the right to change some of the organizational rules and to inform of it on in project diary or on twinspace.
